As 2025 draws to a close, schools across Quantum Multi-Academy Trust have embraced the festive season with creativity, generosity, and togetherness. From nativity performances to charity initiatives, pupils, staff, and families have come together to make this time of year truly special.
Tiptree Heath Primary School
The school has been filled with festive cheer! Little Scarlet class delighted families with their nativity “A Little Bird Told Me”, while Raspberry and Damson classes wowed audiences with “Everyone Loves a Baby”. Pupils enjoyed a delicious Christmas dinner, beautifully decorated by the PTFA, and Key Stage 2 children have been rehearsing carols for the carol concerts.
Meadgate Primary School
Meadgate has been buzzing with festive excitement! Reception pupils shone in their nativity performance, and everyone enjoyed a wonderful Christmas dinner thanks to Mrs Hill and Miss Nurse. Creative flair was on display in the Bauble Competition, and the Christmas postbox was full to bursting. Highlights include the Christmas choir event and the annual pantomime.
Maylandsea Primary School
December has been packed with fun and community spirit! Highlights include a trip to see Sleeping Beauty, the popular Elfridge’s Christmas Shop, and a successful Christmas Jumper Day raising £176.50 for Save the Children. Pupils are taking part in nativity performances and the annual Carol Concert is on 18th December, complete with hot chocolate and raffle tickets.
Larkrise Primary School
Larkrise pupils have showcased their talents in EYFS/KS1 and KS2 performances, as well as the IRock concert. The school is proud to support Little Havens Hospice through the “Make Your Mark for Haven Hospice” campaign, encouraging families to contribute and make a difference.
Great Baddow High School
GBHS students have embraced the festive spirit with charity Reindeer Runs for Farleigh Hospice which raised more than £6,000, a delicious Christmas lunch served by senior staff, and a thrilling Sixth Form University Challenge where Year 12 narrowly beat the staff team. The final week of term continuesthe theme with ARU Christmas lectures, the Sixth Form exam certificate celebrations, a 'Showstopper' drama trip, and of course Christmas Jumper Day.
A Season of Joy and Giving
