QMAT takes concerns seriously and will make every effort to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
The majority of concerns and complaints can be dealt with swiftly and effectively when complainants bring these directly to our attention and refrain from publicising the details of their complaint on social media, and respect confidentiality.
