We are looking to recruit graduates, career changers and those returning to work after raising a family for our highly successful Initial Teacher Training (ITT) programme.

Working with Essex Schools ITT and other local Essex schools, candidates will receive excellent training from experienced staff working in association with local training providers.

Applicants must be focused to raise pupil achievement, work as part of a team and have a clear enthusiasm for their subject area.

Coffee, Cake & Chat Sessions

For those who want to learn more about our programme, we host small-group or individual ‘Coffee, Cake & Chat’ sessions at Great Baddow High School every Monday and Tuesday between 9am and 10am. (We can arrange other times on request.)
