Leadership Team

The QMAT leadership team (see below), includes a Board of Trustees and the Local Governing Bodies.  The Board of Trustees provides strategic oversight and accountability and delegates responsibilities to the Local Governing Board, while the CEO implements the trust's vision and manages daily operations. 

Key responsibilities of the leadership team:

  • Developing and implementing the trust's strategic vision and objectives.
  • Overseeing the performance and standards of all academies within the trust.
  • Ensuring effective financial management and resource allocation.
  • Building a strong leadership culture and developing talent within the trust.
  • Ensuring effective governance and compliance with all relevant regulations.
