We are seeking a calm, patient, and committed candidate to provide dedicated support for a child with ASD and ADHD, presenting with complex social, emotional, communication, and learning needs. You will play a key role in creating a predictable, nurturing, and emotionally safe learning environment in which the child can build confidence and thrive.

Suitable candidates will be able to interact with a wide range of children and use their own interpersonal skills to encourage the most from the children.  Supporting groups of pupils and individuals including those with additional needs.

Also be able to work as part of a team and able to liaise with other members of staff.  The successful applicant will be organised with good communication skills, able to demonstrate initiative and flexibility, and understand the professional nature of the role.
